First of all you need to join Swaprock and become a member. Yes, it’s FREE to join!

As a member of Swaprock you can swap your Dvds, Cds, video games and books (Items) with other members. It’s fun, easy and safe. Let’s not forget its also cheaper than any retailer, I Tunes, Amazon or Blockbuster.

Here’s how it works…

As a Swaprock member you can request (buy) an item from another member or you can send (sell) a listed item to another member.

Sending member (seller)

Step 1 – List as many items as you like on Swaprock and give each item you list a points value. You will get an idea of what value your item is by seeing what other members are listing their items for, but as a guide, work on 5 points per item if it's in great condition. If there is a heap of the same title and you want to make yours move quickly, put it on for less! Or, if the item is a limited edition, make it more like 10 points! The choice is yours, but to make the site a great place to swap and keep the titles fresh, don't go too high.

Step 2 – When you receive an item request email from Swaprock that means that another member has requested one of your listed items.

Step 3 – Then you simply send the item in the post to the requesting member - it's cheap as only Australian residents can join, so items are only posted within Australia.  Your account will be credited with the points value the item was listed for once the item is received by the requesting member. Simple and easy!

How do you get points?

EASY! There are 3 ways…

1) Simply list as many items on Swaprock that you want to sell. You place a points value for each item you list. For example let’s say you list a new release Dvd in perfect condition for a value of five (5) points.

Another member requests that Dvd from the list, you send it to the requesting member in the mail, and then your account is credited five (5) points. The more items you send out, the more points you earn. Use these points to buy items that you want from other Swaprock members.

2) OR you can simply buy points from Swaprock for $1.00 each.

3) OR there is a great way to earn massive points for FREE! As a member of Swaprock you are automatically given a unique Associate ID referral link. What you do is send out an email to all your friends telling them about Swaprock and how they can join.

In your email you place your unique Associate ID link that will direct your friends to the Swaprock site. Now, because it’s a unique ID link, Swaprock can track how many people you refer to the Swaprock site and, for each one who joins, you get 2 points.

So lets say you refer 10 people who join Swaprock that is 10 x 2 points = 20 points added to you account for FREE!
